My name is Russell Kanning and I am running for a seat on the WNHSD Board.
I am a part-time mini bus driver for Tucker Transportation in Winchester. I currently drive pupils from the Monadnock Regional SD to special schools.
I also just received my Real Estate License from NH, and look forward to working with vendors and home buyers/sellers in the area.
I am seeking a spot on the School Board to be an advocate for the taxpayers in town. It is immoral to force residents to pay whatever amount is spent, by a school they might not even support. We should not bring legal action against property owners that cannot, or will not pay exorbitant property taxes for the sake of public education. I seek the separation of school and state and will work towards that goal incrementally, until we rid ourselves of the tyranny of theft by local government force.
